2 Lincoln Electric Powerwave AC/DC 1000SD power sources, both combined with Lincoln Electric MAXSA 10 control system. Equipped with Lincoln's Seam Tracking system on both welding heads. With a 35 inch automatic vertical slide, and a 10 inch horizontal slide, this gantry system can compensate for any change during the welding process to ensure an outstanding weld the entire length of the assembly.

Located a distance of two miles from one of the most sophisticated steel plate mills in North America, we can expedite the materials for your project and provide faster delivery of product. We regularly acquire rolled plate up to 75mm (3”) in thickness, and up to 3850mm (152”) wide. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art welding gantrys, high speed CNC plasma and flame cutting machines, shot blasting and paint departments.
